I have been very impressed with every aspect of my A/C and heat pump install. Dustin took his time evaluating my home. He crawled into the attic and took a video of problem areas. Where others were in and out in 30 minutes, Dustin took 1-1/2 hours evaluating our needs. It wasn’t just their prices that won me over, it was his thoroughness. Just as impressive was the 2 young men (Brett and John) who did the install. Very professional and knowledgeable. They did not hesitate in asking me questions about what I wanted. They showed me all the updates that they were installing. Both young men were personable and easy to talk to. I would strongly recommend Economy Appliance Heat & Air.
